Our replacement cartridges are produced by leading manufacturers of printing consumables and to the same exacting standards as original cartridges to give a quality that is as good as or better than original printer cartridges. We guarantee that they are: - Tested to make sure that they are in perfect working order - Tested for colour and print quality - Guaranteed to be the same, or better quality than original cartridges - Guaranteed to last as long or longer than the original cartridges - Guaranteed not to damage your printer. If you are not 100% satisfied with our cartridges we will either give you a replacement cartridge or your money back (subject to the cartridge being returned to us and having been used and inserted correctly as per the manufacturer’s instructions).

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
All the remanufactured cartridges are produced under quality-controlled conditions and contain new and recycled components. The specification will equal or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturer. The big majority of our replacement cartridges are ISO 9001 certified. The failure rate of original equipment is about 2-4%. We are pleased to be able to provide the same level of consistency whilst offering outstanding value for money. It is warranted that the cartridges have been tested and are free from defects. In the unlikely event that a cartridge purchased from us is found to be defective, it will be replaced or full purchase cost refunded.
